Welcome to Radecke Detailing. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Radecke Detailing offers professional vehicle detailing services including interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, and additional add-on services. Specific services will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must provide accurate contact information when booking.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.
- Final pricing may change if the vehicle’s condition is worse from what was described at booking.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of 50$
- Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.
5. Vehicle Condition
- Customers may remove personal belongings prior to service but not required.
- Radecke Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
- Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or biohazards may result in additional charges.
6. Access to Vehicle
- The customer must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
- If access is not available, the appointment may be canceled and subject to a fee.
7. Satisfaction Policy
- We strive for high-quality results. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.
8. Liability
- While we take great care in our service, detailing may reveal pre-existing damage (scratches, wear and tear).
- Radecke Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage.
- We are not liable for mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services.
9. Weather & Mobile Services (if applicable)
- For mobile detailing, access to water/electricity may be required unless otherwise stated.
- Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions.
10. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior.
11. Changes to Terms
Radecke Detailing may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
